We have trained over 100 employees, union and non-union, in the principles of continuous improvement. Our belief system values ideas from every level of the company and works hard to implement those ideas. The result is increased value for customers and employees alike.
Each internal department works with an idea generation board to create, track and follow-through on ways to reduce waste from project inception through completion. In 2018, we totally redesigned our fabrication shop equipment layout based on a design generated by shop floor employees.
